Here is my animation I made during my time. I made a control rig for my custom character with ARKit shapes. I ended up using only a handful of shapes from that set and keyframed the face.

My 7 year old son, Grant, did the motion capture performance and he had a blast. Luckily the music we had during our session matched the music's BPM. I keyframed on top of the base animation and used the pose library for animating the fingers.

I used Yeti to create the groom specifically for this project. It was a pretty quick creation but wanted to test out somethings with that workflow. I intend to dive into the simulation aspect of it at a later date. My son loved it so much he's already planning the next mocap session for it. We may turn this into an ongoing thing...
